First of all, I thought that the APK might be corrupted therefore I've start to install another application such as Paygo and other mobile transaction application in Cambodia. Results are the same, I can not install any type of those application in my smart phone. I began to realize that my gt-s7562 may have some error inside afterwards, because ABAbank apk required only Android version is about 2.3 up or equal. Indeed, my gt-s7562 used an unofficial ROM 4.4.4 'CM11'. Therefore, I flashed my phone with a previous ROM 4.0.4 '01-S7562ZCALI1_S7562CHNALI1_1080019' that I think that it was a better firmware cause I could see Khmer fonts fully rendering. This Chinese ROM required to flash 'Modem_S7562XXLJ3' or 'Modem_S7562XXLJ6' to make it works with my Non-Chinese GT-S7562. Otherwise, it doesn't support any sim card.
Actually, ABAbank apk, Paygo had installed successfully in this ROM until I decide to install Khmer fonts package '03-s7562 khmer and playstore.zip' via CWM. Thereby, I started to find the problem from this package by add/replace files from package to my gt-s7562' system one by one. Finally, I found the reason why Application not installed because of 'framework.odex' in system/framework/ isn't an original ODEX which owned by other model of Samsung. A genius guys used it to make change in GT-S7562 for rendering Khmer fonts, to get product sold for their business. This 'framework.odex' works only with a Chinese ROM '01-S7562ZCALI1_S7562CHNALI1_1080019' via using 'libskia.so' and 'libkhmergl_jni.so' to display Khmer vowels, diphthongs and punctuation in the correct order.
Why do you want to install CM11?

:You could disable some unused application in your GT-S7562 (4.0.4) to make it faster. You may disable all google application beside Google Account Manager, Google Backup Transport, Google Play service and Play Store. You could also disable some of Samsung application and store. Now, my gt-s7562 (4.0.4) is running in 462MB used RAM of 768MB. It is not slow!

:No, It isn't officially CM11. It doesn't fully support android 4.4.4 application. As a proof, I can not install any Bank Apk or any unity apk, 3D game was executed very slow in 768MB RAM.

:Absolutely yes! But 'framework.odex' will pain your ROM.
The problem above might be happened is not only on GT-S7562. It may be token place in any unofficial firmware.
The solution: Highly recommend to use a stock ROM is better! :)
Addition: Facebook lite and Google Chrome is now fully rendering Khmer fonts officially.
