You may have noticed that we have been rolling series of software upgrade recently, this is because we have many of our readers using Qsat decoder from us and for those using Q26G receiver can download the appropriate latest firmware to fix all the issues with server connection and if you need special account for your decoder you can reach us by our contact details and you can also ask all quetion by using the comment box.
We have been working around to fix all issues with Qsat decoders and have demand this service from the company engineers by working together with each other, and this means you can expect more upgrade for other models available for the benefit of all our readers/followers and visitors worldwide.

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR QSAT

• You must have a stable electricity, if your electricity is not stable, please use an inverter or a generator.
• You must use only a virus free USB flashdrive( to be sure of this, you can format the usb drive before you copy the file into it)

• It is worthy of note that your qsat need not be connected to the internet throughout the upgrading process.

• Once you have met the above requirements, please plugin your usb to your qsat, on your remote now press MENU>>UPGRADE>>USB /UPGRADE, select the file you copied to your usb earlier and click on ok to start the process. Once the process is completed, your decoder will reboot that is all.
