My main sports activities were:
- I did swim a lot in the ocean, river and pool
- I did my first mini marathon of 10km
- Zumba classes
My review of each of my technologies
Skulpt AimThe Android app got a few updates and the improvements are visible.
Over the holidays and last months, my Body Fat % and Muscle Quality are improving!!
Some screenshots showing my last weeks/months:

Withings Scale
I use the scale every day. I am being using the Fitbit application to see the variation graph.

My last year weight variations:

Healbe GoBe
Well, the company Healbe promised, over the last 3 months, a firmware update that would finally make the device to measure input calories correctly. No update, everyone waiting...
My hope in this company / product is now very low :-( :-(

My Muscle Quality is also improving (increasing), even if slowing:
Basis Peak
I swam a lot, in the ocean, river and pool. The Basis Peak handles perfectly the water and sand.
The heart rate measurement seems to work well under the water, on the pool for instance.
I also did a lot Zumba classes and it perfectly counts the calories.
Also, for the first time I did a run, a mini marathon of 10km. The Basis Peak counted perfectly the calories, the total time and heart rate.
The Android app got a few updates, mainly application stability I think.

I stopped using my GoBe. I consider it a 'failed experiment'. Besides it being inaccurate, it is just not usable: too many issues with charging, too low battery a life, dangerous health risks (burns etc.), poor manufacturing, etc.
I still like the idea behind it but let's face it: the calorie measuring technique stays inaccurate even if you do 100 more updates - it is just more complicated than they thought. All other sensors work a little bit but way more inaccurate than the competition.
I learned from it - does Healbe too??
